SACHA SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Coverage

SACHA currently ships within Malaysia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully verified.
Please note:
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
• During promotional periods, festive seasons, or sale events, processing times may be extended

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• West Malaysia: 2–3 working days
• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier service, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Any promotional free shipping campaigns will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided via email or SMS where applicable.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.

6. Delivery Delays

SACHA shall not be liable for delays caused by:
• Courier service disruptions
• Weather or natural events
• Customs or regulatory inspections (if applicable)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to SACHA due to:
• Incorrect shipping details
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept parcel
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges incurred.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
• Your Order Number
• Clear photo(s) of the parcel/package/item
• Description of the issue
We will investigate and assist accordingly.
