No, you may check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a SACHA account allows you to enjoy a faster checkout experience, track your orders, and access your purchase history.
Creating a SACHA account is simple:
- Click on the Account icon at the top of the website.
- Select Create Account.
- Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and password.
- Click Register to complete the process.
With a SACHA account, you can:
- Track your orders easily.
- View your order history.
- Save your shipping information for faster checkout.
- Receive updates on new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive offers.
ORDER
To place an order:
- Browse our collection and select your desired item.
- Choose your preferred colour (if applicable).
- Click Add to Cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and payment information.
- Review your order and click Place Order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.
Available colour options can be viewed directly on the product page. Simply click on the colour swatches or select the colour option to see the corresponding product images.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You may also log in to your SACHA account and view your order status under My Orders.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance, and we will do our best to help.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
If you have a SACHA account, simply log in and visit My Orders to view your order history, order status, and purchase details.
Items added to your cart may remain there for a limited period. However, adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock, and availability is only guaranteed upon successful payment and order confirmation.

Payments are processed in the currency displayed on the website at checkout. Available currencies may vary depending on your selected region.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
OTHERS
